Any DOT laws for ACERBIS aftermarket headlights?

Looking to get an aftermarket headlight.

Either the acerbis diamond or cyclops...only the cyclops is DOT approved...

Any experience on the street with either?

Depends where you live. I have the E headlight, Baja Designs taillight, no horn, no signals, I also removed the left high beam / horn switch. I drive by police all the time. I've never been pulled over yet. However I obey all traffic signs when on the road. If I ever get pulled over I might have to make changes because I live in a town of 5000. I believe forgiveness is easier than permission ?.
