FCR Jetting Question

I got one small problem. When I twist the thottle "hard" from idle the bike stalls. I thought lean needle position. Everywhere else in the thottle positions the bike runs fine. I started with #3 on blue needle then went to #4 still dies then to #5 still dies. Any suggestions. Here is what I got now:

100-500 feet

155 Main

Blue #5

Pilot 38

PAS 75 @ 5/8 turns

Fuel Screw 2 turns

have you checked the duration of the accel pump squirt?

Yes it's set for 1.5-2 sec. and it starts immediatly

how do i remove some of the california smog tubing on a 2000 drz 400?

Set the idle speed faster and stay with Blue #4 position. I would also try a #162 main jet for comparison.

Ride the bike to test and see if this is a problem or not. Testing on the stand is not representative of real conditions. The bike usually is not as hot as when riding.
