Its a bultaco but i have no clue who the rider is.

That's a stock bike (M120), not a racer. Notice the green number plate backgrounds? That's the way they came from the factory.

There's a story that says Bimbo was on a photo shoot on behalf of the factory for the U.S. importer, Cemoto East to introduce this machine (M120/M121) to the U.S. market. Anyway, the story says that he blew-up a couple bikes that day and crashed in almost every corner.

I don't know if that's the pic, but the green backgounds with the obligatory Number 1 are somewhat of a giveaway.
