Saw the Physical Thearpist today...

Just got back from the doctor and P.T. ACL and fractured tibia looking great. Gave me the go ahead to start some light jogging and more advanced strength building exercises. Before all I was doing was biking and so light strengthening. This should help me get more back into my training routine. Been alittle over 2.5 months now and he said at the 3 month mark I should be able to go back to anything I want to do. I already rode a couple times and the knee feels great. Can't wait to get out and put in some hard laps. Good luck to everyone else. Hope they heal just as fastly.
