BIG guy w/little bike needs help

I need some advice on mods. and vendors that would make a xr100r more ergo. friendly to a 200#, 6' tall guy.

Excel makes rims that will fit. 120 kit would help and a pipe. A CR85 shifter is a must, along with a CR85 clutch perch and lever. For tires I always used the Bridgestone M70 and M59. Also get XR80 front and rear sprockets with with a 420 chain. ?
