Powerlines

Anyone in the CT area interested in riding some powerlines. Better yet, does anyone have maps of powerlines?

if anyone wants to come down to watertown, i could show you some powerlines. theres also the blue trail that goes all over the state and eventually ends up in NY if youre up for a long trip. if anyone ever wants to ride...i could use a riding buddy ?

If there good riding and someone is willing to meet me in great barrington or stockbridge so I dont get lost, id definitely ride.

No maps but there are some powerlines in bristol on the mountain.

Dave, we found new trails up in the mountains, and these are some serious hill climbs, it seems as if they go on for ever and are steep, and quite rocky! i should show you sometime, me and buddies went yesterday too. there was a yz80, kx125, warrior, blaster, and my xr250, ended up to be quite fun.

we have some really good hill climbs here, yesterday while riding we actually wound up going through a trail that a lake had flooded onto. Believe me when the water gets 3 feet deep and your wheel is hitting rocks it isn't fun.

motoXrider, do you guys get there on a weekday afternoon at all? I can bail from work a little early (or real early!) and hook up on a weekday.

Weekends are pretty shot, lately. An early sat. or sun. is possible, though.

Know nothing about it- did a fair number of summers at peach lake as a kid, though!

Hate to throw cold water in on the works people but as far as I know Powerline right of ways as well as RR right of ways fall under the Homeland Security Laws. Get caught on them and you can be charged under terrorisim laws if they (owners of the rightaway) want to take it that far.
