FCR39 - Which jetting I need to do ? (Details Inside)

Elevation - sea level to 200m (if it matter , ALWAYS will be less then 1000m)

tmp - 19-27c

mods - none to engine , removed the nozzle from top of air box and has E headpipe with slipon exahust.

Is that enougth ?

My suggestion is that you do the 3*3 opening in your air box and get the JD jet kit. The kit contains 2 needles and 4 main jets and instructions how to choose between them.

The opening from above (near the cdi) under the seat.

Just wanted to be sure it will be sealed allright. 😢

That large thing you normally call a seat generally keeps water out from under it.. Unless you live in some sort of physics defying atmosphere where rain penetrates straight through butt and plastic. And even then, there's a drain at the bottom of your airbox that the water will eventually seep out of...

The Drz E/K model's airbox is like this from factory.

Well no not really 😢

All three versions come with a snorkel,, and while we theorize it is for noise abatement,, it may also provide some protection to water intrusion... Once you remove the snorkel from the E/k, and open up the S to 3x3, than ya,, apples to apples again.

JD kit, blue needle, clip 4, 155 main,If there is no coast enrincher than 200 main air, 3/4 PAS, 38 pilot, sould work ok at your alt. Fine tune from there
