Carbon build up on my exhaust?

I noticed I am getting carbon build up on my exhaust. It just started doing it in the last month or so. My bike has also started to smoke more when I first start it up for the day. I haven't changed anything lately that would cause this, I also changed the plug and checked the jets for dirt.

Did you drain the breather tube?

sounds like your to rich. whats your starting procedure?

I always keep my breather tube drained. As far as being rich, I was thinking the same thing but when I changed my plug it was pretty white. I dont know if you can go by that or not? When I start it I usually let it idle with the choke on for about 30 sec and then rev it a little, then I turn the choke off and rev it slightly til it warms up.
