Las Vegas Supermoto Weekend!

Recommended Posts

If you are into supermoto, you need to be in Las Vegas on November 13th & 14th!! Las Vegas will host the Redbull Supermoto A Go Go AMA series finale on Saturday the 13th at Bally's, and Southern Nevada Supermoto will have our final round of our 2004 series on Sunday the 14th at the X-Plex! Pre-Registration is open now for Southern Nevada Supermoto's Final Round .

I have a room rate deal worked out with the Gold Strike Hotel and Casino in Jean. (800)628-6682 Room rates are $34.95 for Friday night and $44.95 for Saturday night, but you have to reserve them by November 5th to get that rate. The room rate is under the name, SUPERMOTO RACERS. Jean is about the same distance as "The Strip" is from the track (10 minutes), and will be substantially cheaper. Camping is also available at the track Friday and Saturday night if anyone is interested.

I will be providing a U-Haul truck for people to lock up their race bikes on Saturday if there are 5 or more people committed to storing their bikes. The cost will be $10 per bike stored. You can drop your bike off Friday evening from 5:00p.m. - 9:30 p.m. or on Saturday morning from 8:00 a.m. until 9:00 a.m. I will ensure that your equipment is secure and ready for Sunday's racing with us.

There will be contingency prizes for several classes.

- $300 purse for the Open Class (put up by Redbull and SNV Supermoto)

- $200 purse for the 450 Class (put up by Cycle Shop)

- $200 purse for the Novice Class (put up by National Cycle)

- all kids get contingency prizes and trophies

For more info, email me at info@snvsupermoto.com

I look forward to a great supermoto weekend with all of you!!

Marche puts on a great race, lots of fun. The dirt sections are really nice too. It'd be the perfect outlet after watching the races on Saturday.

Both Cycle Shop and National Cycle Parts are putting up $200 each for our November 14th race. Since supermoto is still a fledgling sport here in Las Vegas, I choose to reward those that support my series. That is mostly the beginner, novice, intermediate, sportsman and XR-50 group. I doubt that the guys that are actually racing at Bally's are going to come out and race the next day with us, BUT the guys and girls that drive from Cali, Utah, Arizona to watch Saturday's race might. Therefore, I am utilizing sponsorship money to reward the people that will support and help grow my series. RAD, it would be cool if you could make it out the next day. Cya
