Should i but the Pro Circuit T-4 Complete Exhaust System for my crf 100 and is that a good pipe and what would i have to get ?

they work well on a stock motor.

If you plan on doing any mods I would get something with a bigger ID. Maybe BBR or something.

I have the pro-circuit pipe on a bone stock xr100.

It works well, woke it up on the bottom and mid, a little on top but not much.

The only drawback is that it doesnt have a heat sheild, so be careful ?
