new crank + new top end = vibration

Just put a new OEM crank and top end in my brother's bike and it vibrates more now than before when it revs down. Any ideas? That little balancer thing that you have to line up, is lined up correctly. Thanks for your help.

i would double check the counter balancer if i were you,i recently did a new oem crank assembly as well,no problems,look in a manual for the proper index marks to line up,make sure motor mounts are tight as well,good luck
