Need 05 CRF250R Spark Plug

If any of you guys know of a dealer that has the 05 CRF250R spark plug,

please reply w/ their phone #.

My nephew decided he wanted to PLAY

ride my bike and twisted the throttle forever. Gas was off, but still got

alot of fuel in it. Finally got it started, but the plug didn't look so good.

I have a race this weekend and REALLY need this plug. None of the dealers

around here have them and can't get them until next week, if I'm lucky. Thanks!

I would try www.servicehonda.com they only list the 04 parts buy they may have 05 stuff by now. The plug can not be cleaned??? ?

A fuel bath should not destroy your plug. ?

I tried Service Honda today. No, the plug is not

destroyed, but I would feel alot better w/ a new

one in it. It's just a little harder to start than usual.

Did you check the auto stores?

I called NGK. They have not released this plug. You can only get

it through Honda. I found a shop that is trying to get me the plug.

I bought a couple of spares for my bike and the guy behind the counter said the total was $21!! After further checking, these bikes have some kind of an esoteric, new plug that's very hard to find anywhere but at a Honda shop.
