On the Honda XR650L - How do you get to the Spark plug to change it? Thanks
Well, with a socket and extension. A swivel extension helps some and a non-lockup type swivel would probably be even better.
The stock tool kit has a plug socket in it.It's kinda long. You might be able to order it seperately from your dealer.
I use the tool in the toolkit, and I pull the left-hand airscoop.
18mm socket with extension. Pull off cap and put the socket and extension down the ratchet. Right tight left loose. If you want to make thing better just take the seat, then gas tank off. It's much easier then.
Hopefully you still have the stock tool kit. The plug wrench in the kit works well, with or without the tank in place.
