48MM's has anyone done?

I'm looking to stiffen my front suspension on my '99 WR400. Stock springs are 46MM...looking to go to 48's. Has anyone done so? Do I stick with the same oil level going to stiffer spring?

Any feedback would be appreciated!

you need to figure out what the stock spring rate was for your bike and go up on the spring rate ex; .46 to .49 will support more weight and stiffen your forks. there are charts for this(i beleive race tech has one on their website) the 46mm and 48mm designations are the fork size not the strenghth of the spring, and i know for fact that the 48mm spring will not work in the 46mm fork tube.
