MELCO makes a lot of car/bike electronics

Oh yeah, what the heck does that say written on your CDI?

In hebrew - Belongs to Kuyas.

Kuyas is the guy whom I bought the bike from.

Oh...gotcha

Oh...gotcha

Maybe i should look for E cdi.

What diff. will I feel with another 500 rpm?

You will feel it if you hit the rev limiter often

To hit rev limit i need like full gas on each gear , right ?!

no you should be able to hit the limiter very easy in first when riding in loose sand/dirt. You might want to check out your CDI before you go buy an E, because it has a different part number than any of the US CDI, and it may already be at 10,500 because its an overseas model. :thinking:Andrew

This is DRZ S - No reason rev limit will be 10500.

And How can I check it ? :-)

what he saying is its not a "north america" S and the number is different on the box.

if your not familiar with the rev limiter, you definately do not need to raise it.

What I found on mine after adding the TinyTach is that I do almost all my shifting between 7000-8500 where the engine feels strongest so not sure how much benefit the extra 500rpm will be...Maybe useful for SM though...
