Jetting specs for Dr. D exhaust?

Recommended Posts

I have a 04 crf 250 with the Dr. D exhaust system and struggling with jetting adjustments. Anyone have some ideas? I live in washington state around sea level.

DR.D says no changes are needed. I am running a uni filter with the filter screen, a stock main jet with a 42 pilot(up form the stock 40) and the fuel screw (extended zip ty unit) at 2.5 turns needle at the stock position. My bike starts really easy, and rips all day long! 😢

I left the jetting stock on my '05 with the Dr.D, works great! 😢

Many people "struggling" with jetting changes have some other problem. Air leaks, Valves, dirt in carb, Diaphram gunked up ect. ect. 😢
