Start with a 450 cam and drop kick the manual decompression lever. ?

Dano had the best advice. The only I would add is this....don't do more than one mod at a time. You will waste time tuning/troubleshooting the bike if you do. Do one mod.....ride it and then if your happy, go on to the next one.
