02 frame swap for 03 bike

I have an 02 frame, and I am thinking to swap the frame with my 03 so that I can register it green sticker.

What obvious issues may I be facing?

I understand that there is a small difference in the airbox, but i would swap the subframe. so that SHOULD be a non issue. Provided the subframes swap over.

What happens when the ranger notices the numbers on the frame and motor dont match? ?

The frame on the 2003 is stiffer due to a thicker downtube. They did this to help reduce headshake. Also you might need the 2002 motor mounts. ?
