03 YZ250F W/ JD Kit and PowerNow

Hi James,

I just picked up an 03 YZ250F. I'm installing a JD Kit but am also considering a powerNow as well. My question is does the powernow ad anything to the performance on top of the JD kit? Please share you thoughts...

In my experience the power now will add a little more power to the bottom end at the expense of top end power. The effect is not dramatic, but it is noticeable.

It really depends on how and where you ride. If you're a lugger that rides in the woods a lot, and are looking for a little low end torque, then the power now is for you. If you ride motocross all the time, and are up on the pipe and wound out all the time, then the power now would be a poor choice.
