503cc big bore kit

I understand this is available for the DRZ400, has anyone had experience with this?

its not just bore its stroke.

nobody here has done it.the parts alone are $2200.and with out cams,custom cam chain and the custom cylinder bolts that are needed.

it is not a weekend play motor.

actaully looks like they arent liting the 503 set up any more....

Burned does and I'm sure he doesn't reccomend it for anyone but a pro wrench. This ain't a user friendly type motor. It's a real pain in the butt except for a fella like Eddie with both the tools and most important the know how to keep it in tip top shape. If you ignore it like most of us do our bikes it will frag on you and believe me that's one expensive blow up. prairiedawg PS. Sorry Eddie I posted before reading the whole thing. ?
