Seems like a bogus product but it's not. Here's two posts from pepople who have actually used them (one is me)

I have no personal experience with them but have spoke to two guys that I trust that have used them and say there is an obvious increase in power across the board. For what its worth one of the mags also did a test and thought it added a lot to a 04 YZ250 2-smoke.
