Firedude Posted December 10, 2004 Wifes 2003 XR 250. I just put a Supertrapp IDS2 with 12 discs. I had already removed stock baffle on the stock exhaust, 135 main jet, and Uni air filter with high flow cage and baffle removed from airbox. Ran good but got a good deal on this muffler. With the 135 main it was a little lean so I went up to a 140 and opened the screw a half turn. It runs real good. It is very loud however. I know I could remove discs to quit it. I will mess with it some more. The muffler swap was worth it. I noticed more mid to top power. 😢 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
