Replacing WXE 350 motor with a 610 motor

Riders,

I have a 1993 WXE 350 that is in very good condition and am considering upgrading it to a 610 cc....do I need an entire new motor or can I replace the cylinder and keep the bottom end???? What other considerations should I be aware of???

He should be able to give you a little more advice than us here about some of the non-obvious caveats of doing this,

PS: But, if you try and use your existing equip to even get close to a 570 or so cc (610), it could be VERY expensive.
