For conversions: DMC, BBR, and I think PRC does them. For motor mods, DMC has a lot of secret mods that no one else is doing. Mainly because only a few people actually race them. Everybody else has the typical mods: pistons, cams, and pipes. The xr motor is a pretty fast and torquey motor, but it is also heavy. This limits it for true race conditions that include super rough jumpy tracks. Although, I've beat a lot of big bikes with mine. But, since Honda stop making them, I can't see a lot of effort being put into R and D for race developement. Besides, I don't know how reliable the tranny is. Mine has just the basic mods and I only weigh a buck fifty and I still blew the tranny out. However, for what's avaliable in the aircooled category the 200 out preforms the everything else.
