05 wr 450 with jd kit, and yz exhaust??

J.D.,installed your kit as the instruction said..I just bought a 05 yz exhaust to help it breath better Do I need to change anything, bigger main, pj, ect??

Try 1 clip richer (Blue #4) and compare. The other choice is Red #5, which might suit the change better. The pilot and main jets should be nearly the same.
