If you don't find a spec in the specific section your looking at, look in section 1. You'll find most of these there. The tank bolt, on/off fuel valve and shroud are held with 6 mm (8 mm head) flange bolts. According to the manual, these should be tightened to 6.5 ft-lb. I actually use 5 ft-lb for the shroud bolts. I assume by "chain tensioner" you mean the cam chain tensioner. The bolts that hold the cam chain tensioner to the cylinder should be tightened to 9 ft-lb. The actual tensioner "middle" bolt should be "tightened securely". I believe this one is also a 6 mm (8 mm head) flange bolt, so I tightened it to 6.5 ft-lb. Seat bolts are 20 ft-lb. The allen bolt on the right side of the head (arm shaft cap) is 4.3 ft-lb. The crankshaft hole cap is 11 ft-lb. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
