rm_dave   Posted December 17, 2004 I have an 02 RM 250 that runs great but is terriblly hard to start when the temp goes down. 😢 Should I have to do some jet changes in cold weather? 😢 I used to have a CR 250 and it didn't matter what the temp was it ran and started fine. Thanks for any help. thanks, rm_dave

James_Dean   Posted December 18, 2004 A richer needle clip position is another option too. Moving the clip lower will lift the needle to richen the jetting. James

yz653   Posted December 24, 2004 Try going up 1 size in your pilot jet. You may also want to go up one size on your main. Check your plug color and make 'er tan!! 😢
