ekaphoto Posted December 18, 2004 OK, 03 S model 3x3 yosh system 145 main. My bike has run well, but not quite dead on since I did the mod. It tended to run lean, even with the bigger jet at freeway speed. I pulled the carb off and well I screwed up and got the washers backwards, so I put the thick one on the bottom as per instructions. It hesitates when I pour on the throttle. If it is idling and I blip it it dies. I believe I need to reduce the main jet, or is that adjustable in the fuel screw? I am thinking re jet, but want to make sure before I pull the carb apart again. BTW I can now pull it apart with only the gas tank off. Thanks for the feedback.
