How to make a garge?

I mean the garage with pics and info on your bikes that is attached to your profile on TT? I've seen others with it but can't seem to figure where it's at.

When you go to the very top of the page you'll see a couple of buttons you can click on, like: Home, Forums, Store, Gallery, Garage, Register.
