570 Big bore kit......

Just doin some reasearch for when i get a 570.....Soon i hope!

Has anyone had any experience with these setups?

Are they worth the investment?

do they make alot more power.?

All i can find is that kit by Ferraci.........

You can go to a 100mm(601cc) piston this gives a lot more power over the standard 98mm.

Also fitting the TC cam makes the motor rev a lot better over the standard TE/SMR cam.

Quick bikes you can get 75 Hp at the rear wheel reliably if done right.

Also is the TC cam just a drop in mod?

Every 570 i find is a TE and i was leaning toward a TC.....I tend to lean toward motocross bikes for woods riding....

I have a dealer near me with 100mm big bore pistons on the shelf along with bigger head gasket, let me know if you want more details. I know they have raced smr570 with the conversion with good results.
