Ok...I'll bite. WTH is a slipper clutch?

Go for a nice little cruise and wind it up in 5th gear. Pull in the clutch, downshift to 1st, and dump the clutch (don't really do that). A slipper clutch will "slip" under excessive engine braking until the wheel speed matches the engine speed, then it locks up again. It's mainly used with the motard racers because it prevents the rear wheel hop under hard braking/downshifting. It's really neat because you don't have to blip the throttle to match revs on the downshift. Kinda makes it like a 2 stroke.

Burned do you have a pic of the slipper clutch on your CRF?

Is it automatic, or adjustable?

its adjustable via different springs.

automatic how?its like a normal cluthc only you can bang hard down shifts with out having to feed the clutch back out to keep the wheel hop away.
