I washed it. Now, where do I lube it to prevent rust?

Recommended Posts

After washing my CRF250R, I noticed the bolts on the crossbar of my handlebars started to rust so I sprayed a little WD-40 on them. Where else should I lube the bike to prevent rust? The manual doesn't state it clearly so I figured I would ask here. Thanks.

All pivot points (shifter tip, footpegs, kickstart, etc.) chain, and all cables. WD40 is my weapon of choice.

What he said. I make sure to hit the swingarm pivot points to displace any moisture in there. My bike gets wet nearly every time I ride. I also do around the steering head.
