bbr big bore 240.

i know for smaller bikes like the ttr125, xr100, drz125 etc, that the bbk comes with every thing you need. you don't have to do any boring of the cylinder or anything. look at the picture and if it comes with a cylinder, then your good. but i think it would say if you have to send them your current cylinder

Just a couple bits of info for you.....

1. Stock cc's of CRF230 = 223cc

2. BBR 240 kit really is = 233cc

You will need to remove your engine from the bike and remove the topend to have the cylinder "bored" .060" to accept the BBR piston. Once this has been done you reassemble the engine, install back into bike and ride.
