Used RM's aren't even worth mentioning, much less buying.

No bias, just fact. They can be had for dirt because the demand for them is almost nil.

Friend of mine sold a 97 for 1600.It had suspension work,new plastics graphics pipe silencer tires ect..ect...was very very nice.So the bike better be very clean to get 1800 imo.

I wouldn't give 1000 for a 98 RM250. I don't care what it looks like. That's just me. That is an old dirt bike that will more than likely require a bottom end job sooner than later.
