CRF Suspension swap

Good Morning,

I by buddy has a set of 2002 CR250 forks that are setup and revalved for his weight. he recently bouight a 2002 CRF450. Any opinions on whether they will work if he puts the CR250 Forks on the CRF? what would the difference be. He weighs 235.

His CR forks will probably slide right in the clamps, but they probably wont work properly because of the dynamic between the two and fourstroke engines. Right out of the gate, the spings will be too soft...

we changed them to .50's before we put them switched them out, and installed a 6.0 shock spring. Do you think the valving will be close or no?
