Rear Subframe question

Recommended Posts

When did they stop welding those things on????

Of course in can be removed to work on the bike, but it can not (at least comfortably) be ridden that way. I'm not really sure what the real question is....

Ohhh, wait,,,,,, with that reply in mind......:cry::cry::cry: panaman are thinking the S subframe is an added part to a "standard" E subframe,, an extension???

If so,, it's not..

It is basically the same thing as an E subframe, mounts the same,, but has provesions for rear pegs,, and some added tube for support of the tail light.

....and passenger  . Not to mention that it provides just enough stiffness to the rear fender area that it can be tweaked in a crash a bit easier than the abbreviated E sub-frame.
