To my knowledge, there isn't a supplement that will do all three. For stength and endurance, I would suggest creatine. As an energy source, creatine helps replenish ATP. ATP (adenosine tri-phosphate) breaks down to ADP (adenosine di-phosphate) as you work through a set. The creatine phosphate helps slow down the breakdown(so to speak). For example, if you can bench press 225 for 6 reps normally, you may get a 7th or 8th rep while supplimenting with creatine. This will help your strength and endurance.

However, some people retain water while taking creatine. This may give you a "puffy" look. One of the best fat burning suppliments is an ECA stack. ECA stand for Ephedrine,caffein and Aspirin. Unfortunately, Ephedrine is now illegal as a few people OD'd on the stuff and ruined it for the rest of us. If you watch your diet and hit more cardio, you will burn more fat. Remember, more muscle = higher metabolism.
