Baby PHOTOS of the Wolf Bike - 05 TE-510

Recommended Posts

Check out these nice pics that my good friend and TTer DomenicWTF was kind enough to take last night of my new 2005 Husqvarna TE-510, home at last for papa and boomer.

you can ignore that big Ugly guy with the HUGE grin on his mug standing next to the Big Bad Wolf, wearing that very cool looking Husky matching Thor ride jersey. Also see a glimse of my new Thor helmet too on the work bench behind that box to the left of the smiling dufus ?

The lighting is not too great for seeing the motor, but this is a close up baby picture of the Wolf

Here's a twin shot of the TE-510 and the DRZ in back ground, and again my very cool matching awesome lid on the bench to the right in this photo.

I rode it last night and it's everything I dreamed of. Power, Speed and Grace. great ergos, gearing , suspension, the ride feeling is super.

Smooth.............quiet.....understated sweet power down low in 1-2...the he starts to open up in 3rd and runs away FAST n furious up top in 4-6 .

a great world class Dirt bike.....LOVE IT! ?

Yes I admit if the new potato chopper wasn't in the garage, a Husky may be a option. ? Until you see one, ride one, theres no reason to even consider one. ? It does have a real smooth power band, nice ergo's, but that smell of pizza is irritating. ?

What are you gonna name the bike? Is it a dude or a chick?

All of my bikes have always been women. Example: My KX250's name was Ol' Betsy. Then I got another one and named her Ol' Betsy Lou Number 2. I never really named my '02 CRF, but when her valves went to zero clearance, I would have to whisper kinky dirty talk into her tail pipe to get her to start. "Come on, start you dirty little girl. You know you like to be ridden hard. You wanna be just like Betsy, don't you?"

When I picked up my '05 CRF a couple weeks back I named her Rhonda (yzwiley you were right). She looks like a Rhonda, like a red-haired bitch.

My cousin's KX is named Debbie. She reminds me of a 1970's porn star.

I think you should name your Husky either Cheryl or Phyllis.

&%$#@! was I talking about? Oh yeah. Nice bike Bob!!!

Congrats!!!

NCR......try to follow along......... IT's a male bike and its' name is THE BIG BAD WOLF.

I've been calling it that for 2 months.?

I know you've been calling it that. But surely you can't keep the name. Guys don't ride male dirt bikes. That's kind of homo-erotic.

It could be worse though. Instead of "The Big Bad Wolf" it could be the "Big Bad Sheep".

I am having visions of your next Foresthill ride post.

"Hey guys, I'm gonna head up into the mountains this weekend and ride the Big Bad Sheep. Anyone care to join?"

That sounds pretty kinky, in a very bad, bad way. ?

Anyways, I know you only rode it around a little bit last night, but how did the suspension feel? Are you going to at least get some stiffer springs?
