Trail Endurance

Recommended Posts

it's uses the basic bicycle speedometer thingie.. magnet on the wheel

and sensor that watches it go round.

it's accurate but it's not precise..

gps is precise but i am miserable with only gps.

sometimes i go 5 miles before the gps finds sats

gps is worthless as a reliable and accurate odometer speedometer,

Ive got mine dialed in to within 2 miles an hour, checked with my gps.

Speaking of GPS, my Endurance computer is more accurate than my GPS when it comes to the odometer, I have found that in a dual sport ride you cant use the odometer on a GPS, it (or at least mine) doesnt make up for elevation changes when tracking mileage.
