throttle stop on wr250f

how can you take the throttle stop off and do you replace it with a yz throttle. does the wr250f have more top end or bottm end power and how could yoy get more bottom end if it is more top end

compared to what? compared to a 125 2 stroke, the WRF's powerband is very linear and well suited for low speed woods riding or all-out desert riding. if you want more bottom end than a 250F can provide, you either get a 262, 280, or 302cc kit, or go the whole nine yards and get a WR450F.

Why did yam put this restriction is it's not harmfull for the engine to cut it off? :)

i think it's the result of a half-assed attempt to meet some obscure USA sound laws. which, i'm sure the guys with the Harleys at the bar at the end of my street *really* care about. anyway, all of yamaha's stupidity can be undone in half an hour.
