Stoneyford area, maps available?

Some friends are planning a ride at Stoneyford next week end, 19th-21st. Are there any trail maps available of the area? Does the forestry dept. put any at the staging areas?

Just read the ride report from the area. Do you think the snow will be melted enough by next week end for a good ride?

Hi Brewster,

You can pick up a copy of the map at the Ranger Station on the way to the staging area. Once you get to the Stonyford Main store 4 way stop sign, you will make a left. You will be making the Second left towards Davis Flats. Right after you make the Left, the ranger station is on the right. Can't miss it. They have maps out for your taking.

If the storm that seems to be coming, isn't too bad, the snow level shouldn't be that bad. I bet this past weekend was primo!!!

I was there 2 weeks ago and all was good. We rode to intersection of 21/22/20 and that was were the snow was too deep. This storm isn't suppose to be too cold, so it should be fine.

If you happen by the Ranger station and they are closed, just wait for the long-hair in the green truck (ranger dude) to come by and get a map from him. You will want a map.
