I have an 05 CRF250 and am trying to get the suspension dialed in. I weigh 185. After messing around with all the clickers, My settings are:

shock: 7 out on lsc

5 out on rebound

2 turns on hsc

Fork: oil @ 380cc

6 out on rebound

10 on comp. .47 and .45 spring

I guess I'mm confused because the bike got plusher on the braking and accerating bumps when I increased the comp. and rebound? When people talk about the fork riding low in the stroke, causing harshness, is it the spring or the air chamber(valving is only speed sensitive isn't it?). Anyway if were to add more LSC to the valving, would it make it better? Do my rebound settings seem too far in? Thanks
