well first off let me say that your not going to get really anything more out of your 90 with a pipe. in my opinion bbr is the best, for my ttr125. all of the other companies didn't really make any difference. except for one that was a little better than bbrs pipe except like 80 bucks more. the money could be better spent on other things, or saving up for your next bike ?

Putting a pipe on really makes a difference. Every 4-stroke bike needs an exhaust to make it run better! It is the very first mod you should do. Now which pipe is the best??? Well...BBR exhausts are pretty damn good, but Pro Circuit is probably what I would choose. I had a Pro Circuit pipe on my 50, and it was awesome! But either go with a BBR or Pro Circuit in my opinion.

I am not sure you'd get much out of the 90 either. Its in such a mild state of tune that the gain would be hard to measure by itself without other work.

At least thats my impression of the '05 I bought my smallest son to learn on.

put an FMF on mine----- NO hp gain at the rear wheel---- and this was per a dyno!!!

however- throttle response was improved. it was definitely snappier in that sense.

trust me.. ive seen dynos of pretty much every aftermarket pipe made for the ttr125 at least.. and all i can say is the only one worth the money is the bbr, and the engines only.. believe me.. your not going to get very much out of your 90. i got about 1 more hp on my ttr with the bbr pipe, so i couldnt see it doing too much for the 90. if you dont believe me go to ttr125l.com ? and look at their pipe tests

yeah i wanna get a pipe to and the fmf is looking good right now because its cheaper does anyone kno if its loud (i want a nice sound) or should i spend more for another pipe like bbr or 2brothers

I've heard that straw witch pipes give ya more top^^ speed, but no really, I know this Supertrapp pipe from enginesonly is suposed to be the best for a ttr 125, anfd they make it for the 90 as well, so if you have the money for it then i would definately go with this one! http://xr100.com/ttrparts.htm good luck! ?

put a fmf powercore 4 on our 04 ttr90. ?

my son loves it! it made it a little louder, sounds like it sacked up ?

I think it gained some power along with a uni air filter and jetting.

you can never go wrong with exhuast upgrades!

Check out the TTR90 mods post at the top of the forum. The general consensious is that you can get just as much power by modifieng your stock core. The stock core is very restrictive. A few simple mods sure open it up.

If you need more power, I say save the $300 on the exhaust and sell the 90. Together you could dang near buy a 125 that would have more power than the 90 with mods. To me it is like trying to soup up your weed eater motor. You can get a little more out of them, but you aren't going to notice the power difference anyway.

$300.00 ? fmf power core 179.00(huge difference) I made a big mistake by putting my son on a kx60 sand kills him! so I am going to put a big bore kit on the 90(120cc) and it should spank the ttr125 so they say! I will keep you posted ?

ummm. what he just said.. umm well no.. there is no way a ttr 90(120) will beat a 125.. 5 gears compared to 3, smaller tires, everything.. sorry but ?

bud i have a boarded out 90 to a 151 cc so i run a FmF silicer and the header it prices around 527 bucks so like this bike almost beats my freinds KTM 85 sx so i would go with the FMF pipe ? its a good one

no i take that back it prices around 224 bucks srry i dont know where i came up with 524 srry so like i like the fmf but the wite brothers is really nice to so those two are good the white brothers T4
