If I replace my pipe, do I have to re-jet?

I 'm looking for a SS FMF whole system, headre back to silencer. If I put this on my 2004 "S" model w/ th BSR carb, do I have to re-jet the carb? Someone indicated that I would have to. To me, I understand that adffter opening the intake box up for a 3X mod, I'd need to re-jet but since this is asfter the fact, it seems that I shouldn't "have" to. Your thoughts would help as I really rely on members' feedback!! Thanks guys!!making

you only really "need" to rejett if you cut the 3x3 hole.

but to me,installing a pipe and leaveing the stock ari box set up and jetting is a waste.

Can I jet the BSR carb or whatever it's called on the S model? Or do I need to get the FCR, put it on, and re-jett it. I 'm thinking I read somewhere that the BSR carb isn't that good of a carb.
