ride mx run and cycle?

ahould i just practice practice and run with occasional sprints no food after 7 no soda, ride bike litft occasional push ups sit ups?

Great idea, cross traing is the best for you. For cycle I suggest cross country mountain bikeing.

or BMX, its way more fun, especially if you can pull flips or any trick for that matter.

going with nos on this,cross training is the best,i swim,run,n mtn bike plus i windtrain on a bike stand.mtn n bmx sharpen ur two wheel skills too.do yoga as well it keeps u supple for mx.also the fitter u r the more time u can ride so the bike practise will always be better,urs desertthumper
