This is my XR600.

It had HONDA stickers on the swing arm that was once polished so I sand blasted it with the stickers on and then removed them. So the Honda writing is actually polished and the rest has a nice rough texture.

It has a 100mm Wiesco piston 11:1 I think, HotCams Stage 1 and I'm about to put a 41mm Xrs only carb on it. The pipe is by REDLINE here in Adelaide. It was on the bike when I bought it. As was the big fin head.

My garage was recently broken into and the bike was stollen. They couldn't start it and it was found just a few hundred meters from my house. I live up a hill and have a steap driveway and there was a big skid going down the hill so it looked like they tried to roll start it and failed. I can start it first kick everytime 60% of the time. lol.

Picked up a 2008 with 2100 miles on it. Already had a few things added

and it's been de-smogged.

So far I've picked up an oil cooler, full Highway Dirtbikes Setup, XR650R

countershaft sprocket, LED rear turn signals, low profile rear light, skid

plate, and a bunch of other odds and ends. I'll be sending the forks and

shock for a full work over at Moto Pro suspension here in Woodenville, WA.

Stay tuned for more pics as I go!

A fairly clean and original 1987 XR 600 I found a couple months back. Bike sat outside for a while in the past so the gold color on the engine cases is faded and the plastic is fairly oxidized as well, though it does not really show on white plastic. Gas tank was faded as well, I scraped the oxidized layer of with a razor blade and sanded it, looks pretty good as long as there is armor all on it. Tank stickers are still available from honda, though the adhesive has dried out, super glue seems to keep them on the tank pretty well so far. Seat is an original part in really good shape that I found on fleabay.

Looks are somewhat deceiving on this bike as it has the dreaded third gear failure (dogs are worn so it won't stay in 3rd gear, other than that it runs great) I have the parts to fix it, just not the time right now.

Also found a very clean 1985 600. Even still has the enduro computer/digital speedometer. Seat cover and tank decals are newer reproductions, fork boots are new Daystar and the white handguards are new from Honda (they still sell the white ones, the 1984-86 "flash red" ones are harder than hell to find, but nothing says XR like the handguards so on go the white ones) otherwise bike is original. No mechanical issues oin this beast, it runs as well as it looks.

New to me 2005 - 650L

Has a 5.8 GAL tank. Skid plate, rear rack, side racks.

Throwing lots of parts at it listed below in my signature.

2000 XR650R - bought this one first. Was going to dual sport it and found out its not legal here. So it's for sale. I put new grips and painted the exhaust and cleaned up a few other things. As they say "putting lipstick on a pig". Haha

You cannot load pictures directly onto TT. You have to upload to a photo hosting site (photobucket) and then drop a link in your post here.
