Anyone been to I-5MX lately??

Haven't been there in awhile, thinking of going there or Piru this Saturday 7/2, whats I-5 like now?? How about the new AV track?

I went there about two weeks ago and it's a bit more technical than the last time I was there(Nov. '04). Anyway it's really fun. the jumps are more dished in the middle now but are still easy to clear if you commit. I rode Piru for the first time today and it is a bit of an easier track in the fact that most of the jumps are easier to clear with the exception of maybe one jump. Maybe. I had a ton of fun today and would send anybody to Piru anyday. I-5 is a bit faster and some of the jumps are a bit longer but the runways are a bit longer and therefor are still easy to clean.

I was there for the vetx race a few weeks ago. Other than breaking my knee, I thought the track was fun and jumpy.

Yep, 6/5. I went down in my LAST LAP of beginner practice. Right as the water truck got stuck on the track, that was me being carted away from the long table. This is my first year on a motorcycle(former bmxer). ?

Thanks. Just had surgery last week. I'm out for another couple months. Then we'll go ride! ?

Gary, what i heard it will onlybe open for races!! Intermediate and Expert will be the only ones on it!!!!! ?

That is a bunch of crap, I am better at uphill/downhills than I am at jumping.

Might be too steep for some???? We'll see if the public gets to ride it when they finish putting in the waterlines to water it!! They had the trenches dug out a few weeks ago!
