Thanks Hey Green Man, No...you will not need to install new cables... I just added 1" bar risers with my CR Hi bars and I did not have any problem...Bill P. did mention that clutch cable may be a bit tight with the risers...move clutch lever in a little...which did help..Thanks Bill P.
