To lower, or not to lower? That is the question.

I have a 2004 CRF250, running 22mm offset clamps. Getting ready to send the suspension out to get revalved/resprung and cant decide if I should lower it or not, if I do how much. I have been asking around at the track and get very different opinions from everyone. So whats your guys opinion? 🙂

I've been hearing 1-1 1/4 inches, seems to be common in my neck of the woods, common comment I get when asking around is after they lower the above amount they just scrape peg when cranked over really far ??

dont... i had a 02 that i lowered an inch front and rear and drug pegs every corner. my new 05 is stock height and i like it a lot more
