Just curious are you legally allowed to run slicks on the streets where you live and if so i presume theres not much wet weather action :usa:

I got my new numbers for my bike today. I figured I needed something a little on the hooligan side for a street-tard.

 Thanks. Slicks?? My tread must have dissapeared when I took the pic. Technically it is not legal to run slicks. It doesn't rain much in So Cal so I'm ok with the trade off in traction.

Thanks! After buying my 2006 Honda CRF450X, my old DR just sat in a corner of my garage for over two years collecting dust. I've had a lot of work done to it since I bought it used in 1994, so I thought since I'm paying registration and insurance on it, why not make it into a street-tard. It was a lot cheaper and easier to sneak new tires and wheels past my wife than buy a new bike.
